Story
Ueno is a new writer for a publishing company in Tokyo who is asked to write a feature for a travel magazine on Okinawa. Rubbished by her sarcastic boss, she receives a declaration of changes and as a last resort heads to Okinawa for one day to conduct an interview.
Ueno loses her bag and ends up penniless, and is picked up by a passing taxi and taken to Koza. Here, she is at the mercy of the townspeople.
Will she be able to do the interview? Can a one-day trip change her life?
This comedy is full of the charms and warmth of Okinawa City.
